Our vendor area will be open to the public from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday. Vendors that have confirmed their booth space in Charlotte include: ECWLegends.com will have booth guests RAVEN and his flock LODI, SICK BOY and RIGGS signing autographs and taking photos with fans. They will be appearing from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, August 3. Pricing to be announced. NWALegends.com will have booth guest Impact Wrestling superstar GUNNER signing autographs and taking photos with fans. Gunner's appearance times and pricing to be announced. WrestleStuff Inc. will have booth guest OX BAKER signing autographs and taking photos with fans. Ox Baker's appearance times and pricing to be announced. Vendors will be allowed to setup from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday evening, August 1 and from 7-9 a.m. on Friday, August 2. Dates and Hours: Thursday, August 1: 5-9 p.m. Vendor Setup Friday, August 2: 7-9 a.m. Vendor Setup Friday, August 2: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Open to Public Saturday, August 3: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Open to Public Sunday, August 4: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Open to Public Sunday, August 4: 4-9 p.m. Vendor Move-Out Booth Information: One booth (2 tables, 2 chairs) - $350 Two booths (4 tables, 4 chairs) - $650 Three booths (6 tables, 6 chairs) - $950 Four booths (8 tables, 8 chairs) - $1250 Each single booth space includes: -Two tables -Two chairs -Two Vendor badges Vendor Badge/Access: Each paid vendor booth will receive two vendor badges. Additional vendor badges are available at $100 each. Your vendor badges will also get you access to the Q&As. Electricity: Electricity is available at any booth(s) for a single $75 charge. Electricity needs must be noted in advance on application for booth space. Vendor Guests: No vendor guests are allowed without pre-approval and vendor's complete compliance in regards to additional stipulations specifically related to vendor guests. Vendors wishing to have guests must sign, agree, and closely adhere to all provisions of Addendum A, which specifically deals with vendor guests. Raffles/Drawings: No raffles, prize drawings, or games of chance are allowed, under any circumstance, at any vendor booth. Payment: A minimum 50% deposit must be included with your request for booth space. Balance due before June 1, 2013. Deadline for vendor space is June 1, 2013.
