This summer's Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends Fanfest Weekend will have THREE HUGE, COMPLETE DAYS for vendors to sell their merchandise! Our vendor area will be open to the public from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday.

Vendors will be allowed to setup from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday evening, August 1 and from 7-9 a.m. on Friday, August 2.

Booth Information:
One booth (2 tables, 2 chairs) - $350
Two booths (4 tables, 4 chairs) - $650
Three booths (6 tables, 6 chairs) - $950
Four booths (8 tables, 8 chairs) - $1250
Each single booth space includes:
-Two tables -Two chairs -Two Vendor badges
Vendor Badge/Access:
Each paid vendor booth will receive two vendor badges. Additional vendor badges are available at $100 each. Your vendor badges will also get you access to the Q&As.
Electricity:
Electricity is available at any booth(s) for a single $75 charge. Electricity needs must be noted in advance on application for booth space.
Vendor Guests:
No vendor guests are allowed without pre-approval and vendor's complete compliance in regards to additional stipulations specifically related to vendor guests. Vendors wishing to have guests must sign, agree, and closely adhere to all provisions of Addendum A, which specifically deals with vendor guests.
Raffles/Drawings:
No raffles, prize drawings, or games of chance are allowed, under any circumstance, at any vendor booth.
Payment:
A minimum 50% deposit must be included with your request for booth space. Balance due before June 1, 2013.
